- Days 1–30 — Learn the system. Write down how work actually moves. Ask twice as much as you announce. Deliver reliability: on time, documented, no surprises.
- Days 31–60 — Own one visible slice (a report, a queue, a vendor, a Friday close). Write the SOP while you learn it.
- Days 61–90 — Propose one small improvement with a before/after. Update your evidence bank with dated proof. Ask your manager what ‘exceeds’ looks like.
Keep a private weekly log: what you shipped, whom you helped, what broke, what you learned. That log is the raw material for your next review, your next resume, and your next interview. Future-you is a client. Feed them.
