Week 1 — Foundation (do not mass-apply)
- Days 1–2: Choose target roles, constraints, recurring skills, compensation floor.
- Days 3–4: Build the evidence bank and master resume.
- Day 5: Align LinkedIn and email signature.
- Days 6–7: Tracker, search sources, 20-company target list, 25 warm names.
Week 2 — Apply with quality
- Discover a manageable number of strong-fit roles.
- Tailor with the keyword method. Timer on.
- Verify employer legitimacy. Save the posting.
- Selective networking where a genuine connection exists.
Week 3 — Become interview-ready before invitations
- 8–10 STAR examples, practiced aloud.
- Role-knowledge drill on tools you claim.
- Camera test and one recorded mock.
- Employer research and a written question list.
Week 4 — Diagnose and improve
- Review applications → screens → interviews → finals → offers.
- Find the weakest conversion point.
- Improve one variable: targeting, bullets, stories, networking, or interview technique.
- Keep the pipeline moving while decisions are pending.
