Week 1 — Foundation (do not mass-apply)

  • Days 1–2: Choose target roles, constraints, recurring skills, compensation floor.
  • Days 3–4: Build the evidence bank and master resume.
  • Day 5: Align LinkedIn and email signature.
  • Days 6–7: Tracker, search sources, 20-company target list, 25 warm names.

Week 2 — Apply with quality

  • Discover a manageable number of strong-fit roles.
  • Tailor with the keyword method. Timer on.
  • Verify employer legitimacy. Save the posting.
  • Selective networking where a genuine connection exists.

Week 3 — Become interview-ready before invitations

  • 8–10 STAR examples, practiced aloud.
  • Role-knowledge drill on tools you claim.
  • Camera test and one recorded mock.
  • Employer research and a written question list.

Week 4 — Diagnose and improve

  • Review applications → screens → interviews → finals → offers.
  • Find the weakest conversion point.
  • Improve one variable: targeting, bullets, stories, networking, or interview technique.
  • Keep the pipeline moving while decisions are pending.
