- Team — How does this role collaborate with the surrounding team? Who is overloaded if this seat is empty?

- Work design — How often is the team on-site? What does a heavy week look like?
- Management — How do you prefer updates—chat, ticket, weekly doc?
- Stability — Is this a backfill or a new seat? How long has the team been at this headcount?
- Growth — Who has moved from this role in the last two years, and to where?
