  • Priorities — What are the biggest problems this person needs to solve in the first quarter?
  • Team — How does this role collaborate with the surrounding team? Who is overloaded if this seat is empty?
  • Process — What are the next steps and the expected decision timeline?
  • Work design — How often is the team on-site? What does a heavy week look like?
  • Management — How do you prefer updates—chat, ticket, weekly doc?
  • Stability — Is this a backfill or a new seat? How long has the team been at this headcount?
  • Growth — Who has moved from this role in the last two years, and to where?
